Salon Associate/Apprentice

We’re searching for a special individual to join our team as a Salon Associate—someone who is talented with their hands, and passionate about learning.
This is more than a job; it’s an immersive apprenticeship. You will be an integral part of our client experience while receiving hands-on education in our unique philosophy and techniques.
What You'll Do:
Assist in providing a flawless client experience from consult to checkout.
Learn and perform salon support services (shampooing, conditioning, meticulous salon prep).
Observe and assist with advanced healthy hair treatments and services.
Exude a vibrant, welcoming energy that makes our studio feel like a sanctuary.
Engage in structured foundational training on product knowledge, hair health principles, and salon operations.

Details:
Schedule: 4 days/week (Wednesday - Saturday)
Hours: 32 - 40 hours/week
Compensation: $16/hr
